Ugh. This thing was clearly modelled around 37signal-style SaaS. I can probably use most of it and just use dummy values to satisfy the bits that won't be used, but still.

Feel free to drop a note on the private Google group if you'd like to discuss the SaaS Kit with other users... some of whom are also not using subdomains in their projects.
